2. Identify and inspect each arrival
On arrival, the parcel is matched to the request and checked according to the selected service. Photography, visible-condition checks or quantity verification are separate tasks and should not be assumed unless included.

3. Decide whether consolidation is useful
Combining parcels may reduce the number of international consignments, but it can also change dimensional weight, packaging needs and customs presentation. The right decision depends on the real packed dimensions.

4. Select the international route
Destination, contents, declared value, parcel dimensions and desired transit time determine the available carrier services. Restricted or controlled goods need an individual check before dispatch.
